Ingredients: Foxtail Millet Flour, Idli Rice Flour, Urad Dal Flour, Little Millet Flour, Sprouted Green Gram Flour, Salt, Moringa Powder, Curd Powder, Roasted Cumin Seed Powder, Dried Moringa Bits, Dried Curry Leaves.
Directions: Take 1/2 cup (100g) of Millet Moringa Dosa Mix. Add 3/4 cup (200ml) of water and stir well to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes for better texture (optional).
Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread in a circular motion. Cook on medium heat and drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges. Cook until crisp and golden, then flip if desired.
Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or podi.
